General Contracting

We welcome the opportunity to estimate or bid your construction project. LDKerns has been a part of the competitive bidding market for construction projects from the start.

Concrete Services: Our concrete services range from small maintenance jobs to large industrial projects. We provide foundation, flat-work and site-work concrete services.

Construction Management

As Construction Manager on your project our approach will be to develop jointly with your staff and architect a plan to specifically meet your unique project needs. Providing you with budgeting and construction options for the most cost effective and efficient project delivery. The end goal is to create a cohesiveness and sense of belonging with your new structures, existing facilities, or renovations. LDKerns currently has four managers that are Certified Construction Managers.

Design-Build

Design-Build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the Design-Build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. Design-Build is an alternative to the traditional Design-Bid-Build project delivery method (DBIA).

LDKerns has delivered many Design-Build projects over the years. This project delivery simplifies the process by providing the owner with one point of contact for both design and construction. We currently have two managers that are DBIA certified.
